Adam Thomason is a name you’ll be hearing often in the near future. The Lord has gifted Adam with an entrepreneurial spirit, an
artist’s senses, and a pastor’s heart. He is the founder and CEO of the record label, Collision Records (Check out their latest release the WLAK album!). Thomason is also a fashion designer. In 2011, he moved to Flint, Michigan to become the lead teaching and visionary pastor of Damascus Road Church. RAAN interviewed Adam over Skype about his ministry with Collision and his church.

Artists: Swoope, Dre Murray, Christon Gray, Alex Faith
“The biggest thing that I look for [in a potential Collision Records artist] is character, integrity, someone who is walking with the Lord. It is more than a label, it’s a lifestyle.”
Philosophy of Ministry through Music
“I think it’s at a dangerous spot. I tell my artists this all the time. We’re not going to turn this thing into thieves and robbers. We’re not going to use our talents for that. And when I feel that we’re getting there, I’m out…Don’t try to be famous off of the Lord.”
Damascus Road, Flint
“I struggled I came from the fashion world, playing ball in college and overseas, seminary. Something trendy, cool, sexy. L.A., Chicago. Flint? C’mon, Lord. Help a brother out!”
