RAAN has an open volunteer position! We are looking for someone with an English (or related) degree to help edit content for our website. If interested, please send your resume and/or references to _________. Ideally the volunteer would be able to spend 3-5 hours per week.
Assist the Lead Editor and Graphic Designer:
1) Preparing, rewriting and edit copying to improve readability of any and all material published at RAANetwork.
2) Reading copy or proof to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax.
4) Planning the contents of publications according to the RAANetwork's style and publishing requirements.
5) Verifying facts, dates, and statistics, using standard reference sources.
6) Review and approve proofs submitted by composing room prior to publication production.
